Prosus has introduced the ToqanClaw privacy-first no-code AI platform, which emphasizes privacy and ease of use without coding requirements. This platform operates on Prosus’ own AI infrastructure and has been implemented across a vast network, including more than five million restaurants, merchants, and entrepreneurs. The deployment of ToqanClaw underscores its commitment to maintaining data privacy while providing wide-reaching AI solutions to its users. This introduction reflects the growing trend of privacy-conscious technologies in AI development.
ToqanClaw is built on Prosus’ proprietary AI infrastructure and is integrated with Prosus’ own AI platform, Toqan. Prosus trained a Large Commerce Model that underpins ToqanClaw using data from more than a billion customers and hundreds of millions of daily interactions. The platform is offered as a no-code solution for partners to deploy AI capabilities without programming. These technical elements form the foundation for ToqanClaw’s enterprise deployments.
Prosus said data stays under European control and is never used to train third-party models. “Built in-house and integrated with Prosus’ own AI platform, Toqan, it brings many of OpenClaw’s features into a secure environment, where your data stays under your control and is never used to train third-party models,” Prosus said in its announcement. The announcement described these protections as central to the platform’s privacy-first approach.
Early commercial results shared by restaurant and business partners using ToqanClaw show measurable operational and revenue impacts among initial adopters. One Dutch café chain reported that its financial reporting time fell from weeks to 30 minutes, and the same chain recorded 40% year-on-year revenue growth. A separate partner reported a 25% increase in deliveries while cutting staff overtime by 60%. These results were reported by partners deploying ToqanClaw across Prosus’ network of more than five million restaurants, merchants, and entrepreneurs. The published figures were described as early outcomes from restaurants and merchants that have implemented ToqanClaw.
ToqanClaw privacy-first no-code AI platform
Prosus presents ToqanClaw as a safer, privacy-focused alternative to AI platforms such as OpenClaw and Hermes. The company states that user data remains under European control and is never used to train third-party models. Zapia, a consumer-oriented assistant, was introduced alongside ToqanClaw.
OpenClaw, Hermes and similar AI agents have drawn regulatory attention in Europe. German authorities have taken action against biometric data practices in identity systems. These regulatory developments form the wider context for the platform’s market positioning. The announcement highlighted these regulatory issues alongside the product launch.
Prosus launched ToqanClaw as a privacy-first, no-code AI platform for commerce and consumer assistance across its merchant network. The platform is accessible without coding and is designed to keep customer data under European control, with data not used to train third-party models. Prosus said these privacy and accessibility attributes are central to its commercial deployments and early rollouts across merchant partners.
